These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Code Magic: ProfitIQ (the "App"), a Shopify application provided by Code Magic: ProfitIQ ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By installing Code Magic: ProfitIQ from the Shopify App Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Code Magic: ProfitIQ is a profit analytics application that connects to your Shopify store to calculate and display net profit per order, per product, per customer, and per marketing channel. Features include:
Access to Code Magic: ProfitIQ requires a paid subscription, charged through Shopify's billing system. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Overages beyond the included order count are billed at the per-order rate listed on the billing page within the App. All prices are in USD. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify; you will see charges on your Shopify invoice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Profit figures produced by Code Magic: ProfitIQ are estimates based on the cost data you configure (COGS, shipping rates, payment fees, custom costs). We do not guarantee that these figures are accurate for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. You are responsible for verifying profit data against your own records before making financial decisions.
The App, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that profit calculations will be accurate for all scenarios.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Shopify billing interface. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
